The guest house can sleep four people. 1-2 guests are $125.00 per night plus occupancy taxes of 12%, if paying by cash or personal check. If paying through our PayPal account, the fee is $126.50 per night plus taxes. Additional guests are $10.00 per person per night. Reservations will be confirmed with a one night deposit, based on your method of payment per the above.

All international reservations, and U.S. reservations of four (4) or more nights are confirmed on receipt of a 50% deposit. International reservations must use PayPal for payment of the deposit, with the balance due on arrival via cash, U.S. currency only. International reservations require a copy of your passport, which may be faxed to 830-796-3013. U.S. reservations for 4 or more nights may use PayPal, or a personal check for the deposit, with the balance due on arrival via cash or check.

If paying via PayPal, please note the following important information: Please advise if paying by this method when making your reservation. We will email you an invoice, with a “Pay” link to our account. You do not have to have an existing PayPal account to pay via this method. You may pay the deposit, or pre-pay your entire stay with PayPal; just tell us what to invoice you for when you make your reservation. This payment method is available for pre-payments only; we do not process credit card payments on site, and balances are due on arrival per the above.

Holidays and special event weekends have a two night minimum stay. One night visits are welcome otherwise. Check-in is at any time after 2:00 pm and check-out is by 11:00 am. Smoking and pets are not permitted.

We will call you to get relevant reservation information, and will email a confirmation notice on receipt of your deposit. Call us with any questions …..we look forward to having you as guests!

Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policy is 72 hours prior to reservation date, except holidays/special event weekends, which will require a cancellation one week prior to reservation date. Deposits will be refunded consistent with this policy.
